Literate Roleplay~ Canons and Oc's accepted! No requirements to join.
WARNING: This roleplay and the webcomic it's based on has very strong language. If profanity offends you, don't join. If you don't know this webcomic, go read it because it is ineffably epic. It can't be described. I will warn you though, it starts out kind of boring in the beginning. But it just gets better and better after that. Trudge through the beginning and you won't regret it.
If you've come into the room to noobish chatter and two liners, don't get the wrong impression. That was all fun and games while we waited for people to join, but now we're getting serious. Talk to adiosToreador/precariousVirtuoso, they created the roleplay and run it. If you can't find them, go to carcinoGeneticist/GrimAscension, Litani_Nelosa or DaveStrider/EuphoniousChime. One of these three will usually be on if the room is up.
Our roleplay begins after the scratch (We started the roleplay before the End of Act 5 update, our bad.). All the humans and trolls find themselves on the meteor, and with the help of some new arrivals (OC's), have gotten it into their heads to create a save point.
Because that's what games are supposed to have. Why this one doesn't have a save point, they could not tell you. Anyway, they're on the verge of creating a save point, and

They screw up and somehow land themselves on a post apocalyptic earth. Where the RP goes from there, who knows. I'll update this post as it progresses. But as of 11-20-11, we are on the verge of creating the save point and essentially, officially starting the roleplay.
But we need more characters, so even if you're not completely done with homestuck, feel free to join us. We can tell you what you need to know if you're clueless (as long as you get the gist of it.)
We're friendly, we're not holier-than-thou douches, and we don't post ridiculously long posts to describe something as stupid as turning our heads. That's not our definition of "literate".
