And I wasn't the only moderator who did that--Thorn did it too, because there are such things as standards, Irien. Way to be a moron.

Thorn- It's pretty apparent that you don't appreciate the hard work that anyone has put into your RP, so don't pretend like you do.

I still have access to the AG forums since I created them, and I've gone and set it now so that the "mods" there can no longer delete other people's threads or posts. Hopefully that will keep the free speech going. I haven't taken away the ability to ban members, because they still need defense against trolls.
Now before anyone bitches "omg devin u don't have anything to do with the ag nemore" Thorn told me that he would no longer be using my forums. I offered to give him the master password and leave it, but he said he'd take his business elsewhere. I've yet to see that happen, and since he did not accept it, then I guess the forums are really still mine to administer to as I see fit, and I'll be damned if anyone's free speech is being curtailed on my forums.
Incidentally, the thread where that very conversation took place, along with many other threads voicing concern or expressing dissent, have unsurprisingly been deleted.

I'll clean up my language here in future if that's what you mean by personal attack, but I'd also like to say that we can't bring this to the AG's forums, because anyone who says anything against the current moderation there is banned or has their posts deleted (they even banned one user for using the karma/pie function frequently to smite one of the mods). I've tried to change that, but for some it's already too late.

Keep your forums Devin. I might have known you were going to do this. I wouldn't have had you leave the RP, but when you did all your authority left with you. Don't get me wrong, I have absolutely nothing against either you or Arixus, all I want to do is move on. This has become a regular shitstorm, and the reason I've instructed my members not to comment further on this is because it's essentially beating a dead horse. As for people mentioning your names and getting banned, that is completely malarkey. You two left amicably (at least at first), and this spiraled out of control sometime afterward. I'm not pointing fingers or anything of that nature, and the only point that I am trying to make is that if you have such a problem with the group, just stay away and leave us be. I can promise you will have no trouble from us.

A few things. I banned Eury and Arixus not because of their statements but because they quit the RP. If you are not a participating member of the RP, you do not belong on the forums. Arixus was only on the forum for the purposes of smiting people, which is why she was banned. As for threads on the forum that were deleted, they were deleted not to quell dissent but because the discussions were deteriorating to nothing more than accusations and name-calling, and were clearly headed nowhere. Also, we still plan on leaving the forums, I've just been in the process of transferring over some of the information necessary to do so. You can keep 'your forums', and we'll be moving into new accommodations presently. As for Grace, I stand behind everything she's said, and I consider it an honor to have her help. It's odd that someone with such a penchant for perpetuating drama such as yourself would choose to use such a term as you did to describe her. At any rate, I am ready to move on.

So why not lock the threads rather than delete them? I don't even think you know what's going on with your own RP anymore because you've always had a "head in the sand" type policy when any trouble starts. You always left Arixus and I to deal with it.

It's absolutely ridiculous to ban someone from the forum just because they've left the RP. Some of us still wanted to socialize with members there and join in on the banter and fun since we helped create it. Some of us wanted to read the logs saved there, and some perhaps even had an interest in the continuing stories even though they  no longer played in the room.
If you're banning people who don't participate, then I estimate that you'd only have 8 or so active forum members. Don't be a hypocrite; apply this to everyone, not just the people who happen to disagree with you.
It's also stupid to assume that Arixus was only one the forums to smite people. How do you know what else she did there? She could have been reading the logs. You got rid of her because she upset Grace.
Think about it. Grace hasn't even been there a month, and suddenly you've made her a moderator and administrator of the forums. WTF is with that? There have been people who have been part of your RP longer than she has that deserve it more, not to mention that you really didn't give a shit when the trouble she caused led two of your core players to quit on you. For the record, I never wanted you to beg me to stay. I wanted you to man up and be the leader you're always pretending you are. It's clear you can't manage your own RP, and now Arixus and I aren't there to do it for you.

And I think you already know what people like Eurydice have said on the forums already. There are many people who are absolutely stunned that you'd appoint Grace such power when she's done so little and caused so much trouble, and at the expense of two of your most dedicated and keen players. Have you even read what she's written? How can you stand behind that? What did she do to earn such loyalty from you when you've never given that to Arixus or I? Not that your loyalty is worth much these days. I'm very dismayed at the turn of events and where your own judgment is leading you.

I'm calling Grace a drama llama because she is one. She did this way back when she first joined the RP and she's doing it again. She thrives off of it.
Now I propose a little experiment. How about, I shut up, leave you guys alone, stop trying to reason with you (because you're beyond that) and we'll see what happens? My prediction is that the drama's going to come back tenfold, because there's already dissent among your ranks and people won't ignore the truth for long. With a drama magnet like Grace running your RP, I don't need to state what the outcome will be. I have always had complaints about her during my time as a moderator, back when she first started with us and recently, but foolishly, I defended her against these accusations.

So, without any further fanning of the flames from me, let this experiment commence. I look forward to the inevitable results.

I agree with Devin's prediction, and I hate it, because I know how much work we put into the AG. It just sucks that this is what it's become! But I did learn something from this.

A good RP doesn't mix with Grace or Thorn, and Kazard and Morgan can't handle being mods of an RP because it goes straight to their heads!

I agree somewhat with what Hatter said and by some, I mean the part about making your own room, the rest of his troll happy, trying to incite a fight commentary I do not concur or condone...

Devin&Arixus: Make your own room and Rp or hell I'm running a Kingdom Room and trying to do it well I could certainly use a couple more dedicated regulars to help things run smoothly, it's a very heavily quest oriented run room the one thing is that it's free form and everyone gets a shot in it. If that doesn't appeal to you then start your own room, invite those you liked from the AG to make characters there as well so you can retain your friends and storylines without having to Rp in a room where you are unhappy. I bet you would get a good group of people immediately interested, I would be one of those people if you would have me of course.
