You know, that actually happened to me today too. I didn't think to save it though.

Umm. Ok Dunno if this has been metioned, but occasionly the keep will remove someone from the user list. Like, they will just vanish, it won't say the exited or anything,its really Minor, but annoying, just thought i would metion it.

What's that all about?

I do it all the time. Manually. It's as simple as right-clicking on the exit, then opening it into a new window or tab.

The banners are giving me typing issues. It either disables the send function via pressing enter or disables typing altogether by taking the browser's focus to itself instead of the typing box.

Most of the problems you have posted Velociraptor seem indicative of a poor connection than any server problems. Try using a library computer or otherwise to access the place.

Webby, theres a problem I think should be brought up but im not sure if its just me or..not. See, sometimes I'll go to post something right? I hit enter to post it..and then it kicks me from TK -.- the bar at the bottom the text thing color etc goes totally white. And then i just get kicked..it posts it but its annoying.

I got this new computer, running Window's Vista Home Premium at 32bit and IE7.  Every time I try to log onto TK and look at profiles it freezes and then says 'Internet Explore is not responding and shall restart' and then it exits on its own.  

Any ideas? I can't get it to scroll on the userlist or check profiles without it doing it to me.  Sometimes it'll let me look at a few before closing, and then other times it just closes without warning.

Cattie laptop, before it got messed up, had vista. I don't think she had any issues with profiles, though.

It's happening with earlier versions of IE, Web.  I don't think Yesmar*'s running IE 7 and it's giving her problems.

That URL suggests that the chat saw your name in more than one room for some reason and threw you out of both of them.  Possible causes for this are:

Someone was mucking around with something they shouldn't have been (Which could be the case given the 10 second delay between the two exit notices)

Someone managed to log into your account while you were already in the chat

You were previously in another room and changed rooms at one point, but the chat didn't realize it right away. Then when it finally did figure it out, it saw you in two rooms at once. (Which is likely the case)

After two years of looking at the gawd-awful source code, those are the most likely reasons I've found.  Even leaving the chat then coming back later can constitute a room change as far as the chat is concerned.  I hate outdated code.  *Throws a grenade into the chat source code*  Die! Die chat die!  :sagrin:

Uh, lets see... OS: Windows Vista Home Premium, SP 1. Browser: IE. ISP: DSL.

For some reason anytime I go to make a room it always boots me. The second time I try it lets me in but I get no modness. It's more of a headache than anything. That and for some reason people will promote me yet I don't get mod status, any thoughts?

You might have heard me whining in the other thread about being redlighted every few moments, but TK is just getting buggier and buggier for me. I also have trouble connecting to any of the nexxushost.com sites. It often gives me a timed out error message.

Sometimes I can enter text into the chat bar, but when I send it nothing happens.
Most recently, I went to move rooms and was exitted to the title screen.
Just then, I logged in, and the screen blanked then didn't load. I've taken a screen shot. It did this to me twice in a row.

Hope this helps fix the problem.

Im haveign a problem where the chat wont update on my end unless i post something ,
I Tryed putting in the Command /refresh 10 ..
and it didnt do any thing ..
im useing Google Chrome, has anyone else had such a problem ?

I've not had issues on Chrome when I used it, and still don't have issues now while I'm using the non-Google variant called Iron (http://www.srware.net/en/software_srware_iron.php)

Try that and let's see how it goes. : )

Recently:   I was on the keep around 1022 pm eastern time and one moment my screen was on TheKeep and the next it was on another page, the url was different and my internet security went nuts.  It popped up a window saying bad site, I immediately exed out of it, deleted my cookies and history.  Turned off my internet for a few minutes and tried to figure out what was wrong.
Few minutes later another thing came up this one saying Trojan alert.  It had two files up with similiar names, one being a trojan downloader.
All i remember from both the trojan warning and the website was that it had Generic_c.downloader.shopper in it and had a few Letters.  I went to my security site to see if they had any info and they didn't.

Today: my computer gave me another warning about something and bringing up my C: to internet explore.  It is telling me it is corrupted it will not open nexxus.

Lately everytime I'm in tK and use another tab or something to open another tK window, it tells me I exited on the screen I'm on. I'm not even logging into the chat on another character, just bringing up the login screen does it for me. It's not kicking me or anything, just randomly coming up with [such and such time] Amanda exits from this room. It doesn't really bother me or anything, and I'm not even sure it's a bug, but someone suggested I bring it up.
